Welcome to the Croydon Headteachers’ Association (CHTA) website

CHTA was founded to provide networking, support and training to the Head teachers of educational providers in Croydon – whatever their organisational status. Our membership draws from colleagues in nurseries, children’s centres, special schools, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and all forms of alternative provision across the borough.

Our motto is ‘Leading Learning in Croydon’ because that is at the centre of everything we do in each of our institutions every day.

Our mission is to support excellent educational leadership in the borough leading to improved outcomes and life chances for all our young people, regardless of their circumstances.

Thank you for your interest in CHTA – please get in touch if we can assist you further.
